Should I Take PALS?
EMR offers the American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) to enhance your skills as a Pediatric Healthcare Provider. Our PALS course expands your knowledge and skills necessary to assess and treat critically ill infants and children. This is the ideal course for babysitters, pediatric nurses, doctors, and physicians. Whether you choose a traditional course or the PALS Heart Code online you receive a quality course in a comfortable environment and your AHA Certification upon successful completion. Upcoming PALS Courses
PALS Initial Course - A two day traditional instructor led course that includes all required lessons and skills practice set forth by the AHA for a first timer or a healthcare provider that needs a little extra practice.
PALS Update Course - A one day traditional instructor led course designed for the healthcare provider who is renewing and is confident in their PALS knowledge and skills.
PALS Heart Code Activation Key - A blended learning option that offers the flexibility to complete the cognitive portion, Part 1, online through the AHA's only approved website. EMR then offers the flexibility of scheduling the practice, Part 2, and testing, Part 3, session at one of our regularly scheduled skills checks or call (972)235-8330 to schedule your skills check.
